I managed to cut my hair into rambutan style. I went to HEP again. They said sepatutnya ptptn oredi bank in. They dun know why bcos the pengawai PTPTN not there. I know how they do works. Slow and Steady. Malaysia style. Need to go fark them again later. If not till final exam, i still havent got mine.

Go to
1. CONTROL PANEL
2. REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS
3. CUSTOMIZE BUTTON
4. TIME (3RD TAB)
Click to enlarge.
5. TYPE "tt" either infront of back of "h:mm:ss" at time format.
6. TYPE prefer name or word at AM/PM.
Done! You got a COOL desktop!
