Achievement Unlocked: Mantanani Island

JenJen, James and Fatima visited Sabah in this holiday, so being a responsible local tour guide, I brought them around KK for food and places.

Mantanani island is one of the place.

Here we are. One of the gorgeous island in the west coast of Sabah. Far better than Manukan ,Sapi and Tiga islands which are near to KK.

Look at that beach, that sand, that water, that sky, and that beauty. The view is simply breathtaking.

That water, clearer than my apartment water tap.

My AW100 was getting a bit foggy on the lens, so the colour and picture quality isn't that great.

Snorkeling time!

James and Fatima were happy.

JenJen was happy too but she dislike snorkeling. Too extreme for her.

The corals here is not as pretty as Redang Island's corals. Not colourful at all.

But I fucking love SNORKELING!

A cool pose of the boatman. I wish I can do that too.

We paid RM200 per pax for this day trip, a bit expensive but it's a great achievement for us. For this who interest, just go to Songland Travel Services Company located in Asia City, KK.

Their email is songlandtravelservices@gmail.com or you can call them at 088272550. Free advertisement for them since they provided us the cheapest package. All package which I can find is around RM250 or more but they offer us the cheapest.

Some very important tips for you who wish to travel to this island.

This is very important.

1. When you are on the boat from jetty to island, take seats which are next to the big ocean for a better view, preferably right side of the boat, if you are lucky, you may see flying dugong or turtle. Serious.

2. When you are on the way back from island to jetty, remember change your wet clothes before boarding to the boat. Dry clothes make you comfortable or else you might catch a cold.

3. And take the seats next to the big ocean, preferably right side of the boat for the same reason, dugong will fly from sea surface sometimes, if you are lucky. :)

Damn! I wish someone tell me about these tips!
