Lazada Online Shopping Spree Part I

Jeng Jeng Jeng Jeng~

Introducing my new pet.

Dat ass.

I dream for a waterproof and shockproof compact digital camera for so long already.

After some research for waterproof camera between Sony, Panasonic, Canon, Olympus and Nikon, I choose Nikon AW100 due to the reasons:

1. Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-TX10 - I struggle between this and AW100 and Sony because Sony definitely produce better picture quality. Even though TX10 has a better and elegant camera design but some reviews complain that it's not a waterproof camera (only water resistant) and warranty may not be provided if camera is damaged by water.

2. Panasonic DMC-TS20 - Probably the best waterproof camera but I can't find it in Malaysia and it's slightly more expensive than AW100.

3. Canon D10 - Old model.

4. Olympus Tough series - I hate Olympus.

From Cari forum, I discovered that there's a new online shopping website - Lazada which generously giving out discount voucher from RM20-RM200 for variety of products.

It usually provide items with the same price from other local store but they provide free delivery for every single items include refrigerator and television.

When I discovered there's RM100 discount voucher, I immediately swipe my credit card and bought this camera with the price of RM919, cheaper than any local store out there.

Even though Lazada promise the delivery is within 4-7days, this item arrived in 9 days which is acceptable for me.

Well, as long as my RM900 camera arrive, no complain. Cheap things ba, even it arrive in 2 weeks also no complain, right?

If you wait for too long, you can cancel your order and your money will credit back into your account.

If you review Lazada's facebook page, there are a lot of complains saying that their items still pending delivered due to issues like no stocks and insufficient manpower, so if you want to buy stuff from Lazada, take your own risk :)

I took mine and I still get my item, I believe it's a platform better than lelong.com and mudah.com.

Anyhow, don't simply buy cheap stuff online, do your research first, I did my research by reading a lot regarding Lazada and do believe it's a reliable one since there are plenty of successful trade.

The packing is pretty good with their own box.

Extra protection with polystyrene cube. Sweet.

Camera tested and it's ok, if you found out the items is faulty, return to them in 7 days and full refund is guarantee, I think return delivery fee is covered by Lazada too.

Photobucket

Surprisingly, they give me free memory card and a pouch even though they don't mention in their item list.

Sweet.

After one single successful trade, I continue to shop in Lazada, will update part II soon.

Remember one of my post saying that I will make a video for myself?

Yes, I'm already start doing it now.

Lazada.my is unreliable. Their posting is inaccurate. Ordered and paid for a near RM500 item on 10 Oct. Says will deliver within 4-6 days. Till today it is not delivered and it's been more than a week. Customer support claims item out of stock. But right after I called them, found out that on their website, the item I bought is still "in stock". Go figure!
