Why some ppl cant spell my name correctly?

I discover that many people don't know how to spell JOHNNY correctly.


Jhonny.

I met other version of "JOHNNY".
1. Jonny.
2. Jony.
3. Johny.

Afterall, never ppl will spell JoJo incorrectly but JoJo is a girl's name right?
